Forward

Forward is a business accelerator for Black and Latino entrepreneurs by Square.

Participants gained access to a one-month program hosted by mentors like Dwyane Wade, Rosario Dawson, Ayesha Curry, Troy Millings, and Rashad Bilal. The curriculum covered critical topics like leadership, customer development, scaling operations, and scenario planning, with a focus on outcomes over optics.

In addition, 25 awardees received $20,000 after completing the program. At the end of the program, participants gathered for the Forward Forum to celebrate and network with their community in Miami.
